All shipments are sent out UPS.

We ship all orders out within 2-5 business days. We often are able to make same day shipments for no additional charge. Some times shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together to lower the shipping charges. Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages.

We ship within the United States.  We are in the process of assessing the lowest most efficient option of shipping to our Canadian customers and will be able to ship to Canada in the very near future. Customers are responsible for any for any customs and duties fees that may be applicable for shipment on products outside the United States.

All risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon delivery to carrier (normally UPS). Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance if desired.  Insurance is issued free up to $100.

A nominal $2.00 handling fee is charged on all purchases regardless of number of items purchased.

Virginia residents must pay state sales tax.
